TODAY, I SAW 6 PATIENTS, TOOK CARE OF MY DOGS, KISSED MY BELOVED LONG AND HARD, WROTE 3 REPORTS, TYPED UP 12 MORE PAGES FOR A BOOK ON CI, DID ALL EMPTY HANDED KATA AND ALL KOBUDO KATA FOR ISSHINRYU KARATE DO, ATE TWO HEALTHY MEALS (NO EAT THIRD), SLEPT FOR 1 AND 1/2 HOURS ON COUCH IN THE AFTERNOON, TALKED WITH MARIO ABOUT KNIFE FIGHTING AND DEFENSIVE TECHNIQUES AND HAVE READ ALL NEW BLOGS AND COMMENTED ON ALL NEW PICS IN THE GALLERY ON SITE.

THIS IS A VERY SATISFYING DAY.

Dear All,

My first article of the Safety And Self-Defense
column in the Global Woman Magazine has been out. The second article is
