Hello all, This will be really short, I am just letting everyone know about some videos I posted on youtube. I am seriously getting frustrated on seeing/hearing people criticize other martial arts. I've been on several sites, including youtube, in which people are saying how much TDK sucks or Wing Chun is worthless, and I've seen it for just about every art. Not only that but when you find a good video doing your art justice there's always a reason from these people as to why it's not good. I have just finished by lunch. The blood rushes to my stomach. Being older now, I feel the need to lie down before my next patient comes in an hour.
I've gotten pretty good at power naps. Used to even do them in a car while waiting for someone who went shopping. I will get about 45 minutes and that'll be enough to last me to 2 am.

Refections of Budapest.
In America we consider many things old that date back to the beginning of our country. The first thing that struck me about Budapest was just how old it is. I saw bars and discos in 500 year old buildings. In the USA those would be museums. In Hungary that is just not old. I saw a thousand year old church.
