Well, if you see a very friendly young male tabby cat running around
with a name tag "Duma", it's our family member.Unfortunately, we
changed our phone number and the number on his tag is not up to date...
but we are afraid the tag wouldn't have saved him anyways.
Since
our backyard faces quite a wildlife, we are afraid we lost him to a
wild creature. As soon as he started exploring over the back fence, we
were afraid that we might loose him to the wilderness someday. The day
came too soon.
But, we didn't want to keep him cooped up indoor
against his will. He enjoyed exploring outdoor and we loved him too
much to impose him our selfish sense of security.
Still, he had
such a big presence in our life that he left a large whole in our
hearts. I cried like a bay in a garage after my son went to bed...
