Just wanted to say thank you one and all for your birthdays wishes. They added that little extra zing in my week :-D. I can tell you all that my 42nd birthday was awesume! My family/ fellow instructors and students had a suprise birthday BBQ on the Sat 3rd May after class at our Dojo, which was very heart warming. Couldn't think of a nicer way to start my weekend. Sat evening was full of old friends popping out of the wood word and another BBQ which keeped us fueled until midnight when I was taken night clubbing and quickly found myself on a number of dancefloors shaking that old groove thang (hahaha wink). I've been travelling a bit of late,mostly to the Marlbour Sounds, that's at the top of the South Islands here in New Zealand (check google earth for map reference), going for my Advanced open water in scuba diving (PADI). Wish I'd taken and underwater cam with me so I could share some of the amazing aquotic life I saw.
