I have been training in Okinawan martial arts since 1972. I hold yudansha ranks in Okinawan Goju Ryu, Machimura Seito ha Suide, Okinawan Kobudo and Nihon Ju Jutsu.
I have had the opportunity to study with several great teachers and I have had the opportunity to meet and teach many good people because of karate-do.

I am the youngest in a family of 5 boys. I grew tired of being the "punching bag" ;-) for my older siblings. At age 15, my Dad gave me my first lessons for my birthday present.

Graduating from the police academy and receiving my advanced education degrees.
Promoting my students to yudansha grade and watching their growth in life and the martial arts.
Saving lives under dire and extreme circumstances.
